For that special occasion, the beautifully decorated restaurant provides a private dining environment second to none. The Waterfront Brasserie can also be used for more informal dining events and can be doubled up as one to provide space for up to 86 people.
Our delicious set menus for the restaurant feature many of the highlights of the a la carte menu in the brasserie & start from a very reasonable £25 per person.
